RUF is a Northwestern community seeking to experience the gospel of grace in community with others, equip leaders for service on campus and in the world, and extend God's work of changing lives, healing our world, and renewing our culture. Join us for our annual welcome cookout on the Garrett Lawn, enjoy some free food, and learn more about how you can get involved with RUF. Feel free to bring friends!
Ultimate Frisbee

Location: Deering Meadow
You probably won't make it through your time at Northwestern without throwing the frisbee on Deering at some point. Get started early with RUF and meet some new friends as well.
Beach Party
Saturday, Sept 17, 1 - 4 pm
Location: South Beach
Join us for a cookout and games on the South Beach and learn more about how you can get involved with RUF. Come hungry and ready to play some frisbee and sand volleyball (while we still have the beach weather to enjoy)! Feel free to bring friends and look for the purple RUF banner!
Rides to Target

Do you need to buy something for your dorm room that’s too bulky to take on the Shop & Ride? Hitch a ride with other students to Target in the RUF vans. Feel free to invite your friends! We’ll return to campus by 6 pm and drop you off at your dorm, curbside.
Breakfast & Rides to Grace Presbyterian Church

Looking to get involved in a welcoming, renewing, gospel-centered church? Join other Northwestern students and North Shore families for Sunday services at Grace Presbyterian Church. Grab a quick breakfast with us at beforehand 10:00 am at Einstein Bagel’s (1745 Sherman Avenue, Evanston, IL) or just meet the vans at the cul-de-sac at the U.S. Bank ATM on University Place in between Shepard & PARC at 10:30 am (south campus) or at the Sargent parking lot at 10:40 am (north campus). The service starts at 11 am and we will return to campus in time for your 12:30 pm Essential NU.
RUF Fondue Dessert

Celebrate the completion of your first week on campus and get pumped for classes to start at this off-campus RUF fondue dessert. Go to the door in the middle of the west side of the building (away from the lake) and call Luke at 573-639-9305 if you have trouble finding us. Feel free to bring friends!
First RUF Large Group Meeting

RUF Luau on the Lakefill
